Guests of all ages can enjoy interactive VR experiences, but some attractions, like our virtual reality roller coasters, may have age requirements for safety. 

3. Ticketing and Booking 

All bookings for VR gaming for families or immersive gaming experiences must be made through our official channels. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in case of technical issues on our end. 

4. Behavior Policy 

To ensure everyone enjoys our virtual reality attractions, we ask guests to follow instructions from staff and respect equipment. We reserve the right to remove anyone disrupting the fun. 

5. Liability 

While we do our best to ensure safe and thrilling virtual reality entertainment in Ontario, participants are responsible for following safety guidelines. We’re not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment.
